Refund Policy

Due to safety and contamination concerns, we DO NOT accept returns. We are unable to resell any item that has been sent outside of our supervision. All sales are final.

Shipping

All orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days once the order has been paid for. We ship via USPS Priority Mail. Soap Country is not responsible for package theft or incorrect delivery. Please verify the shipping address before checking out. Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped.
